What’s New

Better get used to writing 2011 since this year seems to be on the fast track! Attended the Monteagle Artillery School, it was a satisfying experience, lots of good folks for instructors and for students as well. Special thanks goes out to Johnny Westerfield and to Todd Kiscaden for arranging and coordinating  the whole event, great job!

Looks like Crystal River FL. will come and go without our attendance this year, and the Bridgeport AL reenactment will be the first for us to make. We are trying to put together a feature story on the "Williamston Gun" (the Nobel Brothers 3" bronze) but it will have to wait until we get caught up a bit on orders.

The live firing Parrott Rifle on the video is owned by Anthony Variz from Battery D / 5th US in Southern California. I understand that he is considering selling one of his two Parrotts. Let me know if any of you are interested and I will put you in touch with him.

On top of all the business we are having a taste of winter this year, have attached a couple of photos of the shop in the holler. Take care of yourselves and hope to see you all soon.

As always, special thanks to the team at  webnoises for this grand site of ours, if you are in need of a professional web designer, please feel free to contact them at webnoises.com
